Dark & Shadow Self

We often shy away from the darker aspects of our personality, fearing judgement or societal disapproval. However, these shadows can hold valuable insights and untapped potential. You’ll explore the often-overlooked parts of yourself that may be holding you back. By understanding and integrating your shadow self, you can deepen self-awareness, overcome limiting beliefs, and live a more authentic and fulfilling life.

Integrate Yin and Yang of who I am

Once you’ve explored your shadow, integrate it into your conscious self. This involves finding a balance between your light and dark sides. You’ll explore the masculine and feminine energies that coexist within you. Discover how to balance your yang qualities, such as assertiveness and action, with your yin qualities, such as nurturing and intuition. By integrating these opposing forces, you can create a more harmonious and fulfilling life.

Building Expansive Capacity of Self

A transformative program that will help you build the “expensive capacity” within yourself. Through nature connection, creative expression, personal reflection, goal setting, mindful meditations, nourishing your heart and soul, you’ll learn how to develop your unique strengths, cultivate a growth mindset, and cultivate the skills and knowledge that will set you apart.

Ontological Methodologies

Embedded in this retreat is Ontological Methodologies & Process. Ontological process is an extraordinarily powerful methodology for generating real change at the individual, team and organisational level. Ontological process focuses on our Way of Being, which is a dynamic interrelationship between three areas of human existence – language, emotions and body. Way of Being contains our often deep-seated perceptions and attitudes and is the underlying driver of our behaviour and communication. Ontological methodology has a holistic orientation that respectfully generates learning in all three areas of language, emotions and body as the catalyst for substantive and sustainable change.
