Mahesh is the Managing Director of Maruma Consultancy and is recognized as a change management, talent management and organization development professional with extensive experience in the design and implementation of Assessment Centres, Development Centres, Senior Level Executive Assessments, and Development, Job Analysis and Competency design projects, Leadership Development and Executive Coaching.
Mahesh has More than 7000+ hours of Executive/Leadership Coaching experience and is an MCC credentialed coach through ICF. He is also a certified Mentor Coach and Coach Supervisor. He has also been trained in cutting edge methodologies of HeartMath Coaching, Enneagram, PM Coaching, Functional Fluency, Mindfulness, Systems Thinking Based Organization Workshop, Brene Brown’s Daring Way, and The Leadership Circle (360 degree tool).
Mahesh has 30 years of HR experience in both industry and consultancy. Mahesh has extensive expertise in competency development for a diverse range of job roles; assessment and development centre design and delivery; leadership development and executive coaching; HR strategy formulation; group process facilitation; performance management and organizational development. His experience spans across private sectors – including financial services, manufacturing and information technology – as well as through restructuring projects in NGOs.
Mahesh is an active member of American Psychological Association, Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, International Coach Federation and National Academy of Psychology in India and a life member of NHRD.
